Reflecting on a Practitioner Session at IMD about Strategy and Governance

I recently had the pleasure of delivering a practitioner session at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne. This session was part of the Strategy Governance for Boards program, led by the esteemed Prof. Gautham Challagalla. The program is developed and led by the IMD Global Board Center.

As an alumnus of IMD, it was particularly special for me to return and engage with an experienced audience. The participants brought a wealth of cultural and professional backgrounds from around the world, which enriched our discussions immensely. Their substantial questions, viewpoints and the exchange of ideas on common challenges made the session particularly dynamic and insightful.

It’s moments like these that remind me of the joy and fulfillment that comes from sharing knowledge and learning from others. I truly enjoyed every moment of this session and look forward to more opportunities to connect with such kind individuals. It is the vibrant discussions and the diverse perspectives that made the experience so enriching.
